How

Not completely happy with your purchase? You have 30 days to return your items.

Email us at hello@movidajewelry.com to let us know what your concerns are with your purchase. If it's related to a defective item, please prepare a few high-resolution images of the product. 

Once your return is confirmed, we will send you a RMA number and the shipping label for your return.

Cost

Canada

We offer free returns on Canadian orders that are over $70. 

Orders under $70: a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund.

U.S.

We offer free returns on U.S. orders that are over $70. 

Orders under $70: a $15 fee will be deducted from your refund.

International

Customers will be responsible for shipping and insurance costs of the returning items.

Any unpaid duties and taxes incurred during the return process will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping & Custom Charges

We're unable to refund the shipping fee on the original order and any custom charges incurred during the shipping process. 

Conditions

All items and packagings are thoroughly inspected before refund and they have to fulfill the following conditions:
  • the item is unworn and undamaged.
  • the item was not marked final sale when sold.
  • the item and the packaging are in their original condition (unworn and undamaged).
  • the item is not a custom order such as a smaller-than-usual size or engraved jewelry.
  • the item is not a handmade-to-order piece.

Time

We kindly ask you to notify us of your intention to initiate a return within 14 days you received it. The item has to be returned to our facility within 30 days.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your order or an item in your order with something different, please contact us at hello@movidajewelry.com. We're more than happy to help you out!

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for returns and defects. We do not issue refunds for orders that have been sent back to us due to inaccurate shipping information. We refund 1-2 business days after receiving and inspecting the item(s). If the parcel arrives with import duties, we will deduct the amount from the total refund.

Sale items

Marked down sale items are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
